Being very passionate about food, I decided to pursue this career option. I left my corporate job of 8 years and joined Dadar Catering College to follow my passion with a professional approach. Thus began my research into spices and other ingredients. After weeks of variations and trials, I finally crafted my perfect recipe.

I present to you "Prajakta's Biryani", a complete and soulful meal which will take you through a culinary journey to satisfy your taste buds.

Experimenting several Biriyanis over the years... tried the chicken tikka Biryani, mutton Dum Biriyani and the veg Biriyani. All 3 were too good...

To describe Prajakta's Biryani in a line would be 'food for the soul'. Whatever she makes, is not just a treat for your taste buds but just warms up your heart as well. The biryanis, the mutton, butter chicken, patties everything is just finger licking delicious and a must have. What I also find amazing is that the taste remains the same every time, rather gets more delicious.

One of the best biryani I have ever had, it was piping hot when we received and very tasty. Chicken pieces were tender n soft. Biryani was loaded with chicken, 👌🤗. Most pleased with the aromatic rice n smoky flavoured chicken balanced to spiced goodness. Talking about the taste, it was top notch. The ingredients used in the biryani were of superior quality. Biryani delivered in safe n hygienic packaging. Overall it was an amazing meal , totally worth the price! Would love to order again. 😍

Had been hearing a lot about this Biryani. Finally got the perfect ocassion to call for it , Rakshabandhan. Whilst my full family had gathered there could be nothing better I could have served. Just one call and we had it delivered on our doorstep. The first sight of the dressing over the biryani itself was so satisfying that we couldn't wait. Every bite had my taste buds dancing. We all ate upto our necks. Pet bhar gaya lekin dil nahin. Eagerly waiting to reorder. Loved it

Prajakta's Biryanis are regularly ordered at our house - the mutton biryani being our family favourite. Perfectly cooked meat, generous meat-to-rice ratio and the flavourful seasoning of fried cashews, onions, french fries is what makes her Biryanis so special. The aroma of the biryani when you open the lid is what entices you at first. The moment you take the first bite, you are never ordering Biryani from anywhere else again. Also the chicken pattice from her menu are a treat! Soft potato cover and the most flavourful chicken kheema stuffing make the pattice melt in your mouth.

Had read so much about Prajakta's biryani that I was just waiting for some occasion to order from her. Usually we make biryani at home as we think that ordering from outside isnt worth it. But this time on my bday yesterday we didnt wanted to miss the opportunity of ordering biryani from her so we just did it and I am glad we did!! It was tastiest biryani we had in ages! The moment I opened the cover of the vessel its aroma just filled my home and we all just realized how eager we were to dug into it ! We were impressed with the quantity of chicken she had put into it and each and every bite had that yummiest flavor of the spices. Ordered prajakta's biryanis and matar pattice today and loved the taste. We had the dum chicken biryani and the paneer tikka biryani. Both had the correct amount of spices and moistness for a biryani. Topped with onions and cashews.Very well delivered too in containers and properly labelled . Will definitely order again.

आज पर्यंत बऱ्याच ठिकाणी बिर्याणी हा प्रकार आवर्जून मागवला आहे ... परंतु प्राजक्ता कीर पाध्ये ह्यांच्या कडच्या बिर्याणी ची चव तर अफलातून म्हणेन मी !!!! चित्रकार जसा कॅनव्हास वर विविध रंगाचा मिलाफ करून एक सुंदर कलाकृती घडवतो अगदी तसेच प्राजक्ता ह्यांच्या कडील बिर्याणीच वर्णन करेन मी.... बिर्याणी मधली सर्व घटक एकदम परफेक्ट प्रमाणात !!! चिकन तर एकदम सॉफ्ट आणि चव तर अफलातूनच.... बिर्याणी च्या भांड्यावरचे झाकण उघडल्या बरोबरच दरवळणार्या खमंग वासासोबत आपसूक तोंडातून शब्द निघतात " वाह क्या बात !!!! आणखीन एक वैशिष्ट्य पूर्ण गोष्ट म्हणजे ह्या बिर्याणीमध्ये पेरलेले बिर्याणीमय काजू ( हो!!! पेरलेले च म्हणेन मी ,इतके जास्त होते 😋) बिर्याणीमय हा शब्द ह्यासाठी वापरलाय कारण बिर्याणीचा स्वाद ह्या काजुमध्ये मुरलेला आढळतो 😋. एका गोष्टीचा आवर्जून उल्लेख करू इच्छितो ही बिर्याणी बनवण्याच्या पाठी सब्जेक्ट चा सखोल अभ्यास आणि घेतलेली मेहनत आढळते आणि सोबत वक्तशीरपणा...!!!! प्राजक्ता कीर पाध्ये ह्यांना बिर्याणी क्वीन हा किताब अतिशय समर्पकच आहे..!!!!

Prajakta is extremely easy to work with. As a customer she tries to fulfill your need beyond expectations. Her veg and non veg biryanis are piping hot and delicious. With many other biryanis you have to find vegetables, paneer or chicken while you eat. But with Prajakta, that's not the case. Her starters are also amazing on taste and quantity is great. Her dishes are more than value for money.

One of the best biryani’s I have tasted- not oily and lots of masala- I had ordered 1/2 kg for a get together and had to travel to Thane from Dadar- We ate the biryani after 2 hours of it’s delivery and yet it was nice snd hot. The raita was very nice and had lots of cucumber and tomatoes.
